Rosso Coffee is looking for a venue manager for an upcoming CBD location.
The key purpose of our venue manager:
Is to - oversee the day-to-day running of the venue, whilst supporting all those reporting into you.
So that - all team members and customers feel connected and supported through a shared, positive experience.

Responsibilities and duties:
Systems & operations
- Documentation of SOPs (keeping them up-to-date)
- Management of all venue operational checklists
- Improvement of both customer and team work flows
- Quality control of food and coffee program
- Preventative conflict resolution
- maintaining POS systems and ensuring they function correctly
- Always look for ways to improve all facets of the business
- A full barista skill set
Customer Experience
- Ensure that the customer experience is consistently executed on, by acting as a role model and showcasing your professional skillset
- Carry yourself in an authentic, confident and engaging manner
- Gather feedback from customers and team on what is working and not working - and bring your problem solving skills to the task at hand
- Management of wait times
- Monthly offering/menu audit
- Liaise with relevant team/external stakeholders on marketing ideas
- Build a venue and team that makes customers want to return

Administration
- Rostering (currently using Square)
- EOD Reporting
- Banking
- Stock Take
- Stock Ordering
- Inventory management
- Repairs and Maintenance Schedule of venue grounds, property, equipment, and facilities
- OH&S across entire venue
- Costings and tendering
- Weekly reporting to Group Operations Manager/Head Office
- Knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Square, Opentable, Ordermentum, Restoke)
