Experienced Chef

Casual chef role, working on a la carte dinner.  Mostly nights, between 25 - 30 hrs

• A solid understanding of a la carte kitchens
• An ability to follow instructions and replicate them to required specification
• A fantasic work ethic and attitude
• Desire to learn and have input toward forthcoming menus
• Demostrated ability to work autonomously
