Jethro Canteen is an established, modern cafe in Richmond, proudly serving the local community for over 10 years. We are known for our high-quality cafe food, excellent coffee and loyal customer base.
We are seeking a passionate, experienced and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage your designated kitchen section and ensure smooth, efficient service.
* Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes to consistent standards.
* Complete daily preparation and mise en place.
* Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety and kitchen cleanliness.
* Assist with stock control, ordering, stock rotation and minimising waste.
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
* Contribute to maintaining and improving food quality and kitchen standards.
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
* Strong cooking skills and a passion for quality café cuisine.
* Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure.
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic and reliable approach.
* Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
* Full-time availability, including weekends.
* Available for early-morning starts and afternoon finishes.
